East Bank Lofts is a four-story brick and timber frame building in the Central Eastside District of Portland. Originally built in 1912 as a warehouse, the building was remodelled and repurposed in 2008 for creative office and retail tenants. As a thriving startup incubator, the century-old building is now home to several design-oriented businesses and advertising and branding firms who we have provided interior design and tenant improvements for. We also provide architectural services for the building owners who intend to keep the building as a viable resource for at least another 100 years through strategic planning and incremental upgrades. The building's amenities include a shared conference room, secure bike parking, and a ground floor coffee shop and restaurant.
