As part of a multi-block redevelopment project with Don Vallaster, Architect, the former Davidson's Bakery in Northeast Portland was given new life as a creative office and retail hub. The two-story masonry building was completely retrofitted to contemporary standards, including a new lobby and shared conference room, while simultaneously rehabilitating the building's historic features. The original 1918 structure, arched windows, and grand staircase were all beautifully restored while the second floor warehouse space was updated with modern finishes. In addition to the initial renovations, we have provided interior design and other tenant improvement services for numerous businesses that have moved into the bakery blocks; including SBI Software, Revery, Colette Patterns, Trailhead Marketing, and The Jasmine Pearl.
