An existing surface parking lot is set to be transformed into a new five-story mixed-use building that will fill in the last retail gap in an otherwise contiguous commercial corridor. A future restaurant will share a common courtyard with the residential tenants above. The building's design focuses on engaging the street while simultaneously creating its own community beyond the street edge.
